What you'll do
- Develop and validate AUTOSAR and ISO 26262 based complex device drivers for peripherals such as ADC, SPI, UART, timers and PORT on Infineon's TriCore (AURIX) or equivalent automotive microcontrollers.
- Validate device drivers used for communication and signal generation/measurement (e.g. SPI, UART, PWM, ADC, DMA) on TriCore (AURIX) or equivalent architectures.
- Envisage, implement, institutionalize and maintain verification and validation methods and infrastructure, including automation to improve quality and efficiency in cost and time.
- Institutionalize software test processes compliant with automotive standards such as ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
- Create test specifications and scripts.
- Support leads with work breakdown structure (WBS) definition and estimations.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's (B.Tech/BE), or Master's (M.Tech/MS), in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science or Instrumentation.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Embedded system software development/validation in C and assembly languages, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Good knowledge of microcontroller architecture (16/32-bit) and real-time systems.
- Acquaintance with development tool-chains such as compilers, static checkers and unit test tools.
- Knowledge of debuggers such as PLS and Lauterbach.
