Abuse Mitigation & Compliance Associate

Overview

Abuse Mitigation & Compliance Associate responsible for detecting abusive usage, enforcing acceptable usage policies, and coordinating actions with clients and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Review dashboards and data to identify customers violating the acceptable usage policy via unmetered hosting.
• Email clients about policy breaches and request deletion of restricted files.
• Work with product and technical teams to address client queries.
• Publish monthly stakeholder reports on cases handled and outcomes.
• Create and improve processes for detection and mitigation of abusive activity through product usage.
• Liaison with law enforcement and cyber-crime watchdogs for rapid data exchange and action.
• Perform forensic analysis of malware, spam, phishes/spoofs, and other abuse incidents.

What you'll need

• 0-1 years of customer service or similar experience, preferably on an IT platform.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Knowledge of internet, web technologies, operating systems, and networking concepts, with rapid learning ability.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• High interest in cyber security.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and holidays.
• Prior training or experience in cyber forensics/cyber law or network security.
