Overview

Technical Recruiter for DoorDash Labs, supporting the India Operations team by partnering with hiring managers, engineers, and executives to hire technical talent.

What you'll do

Partner closely with Labs Engineering leaders to hire top engineers across multiple teams.
Develop creative strategies with hiring managers to engage with and close top talent.
Plan and execute mass hiring drives and campus recruitment campaigns.
Influence hiring decisions at multiple points in the recruiting process.
Use data, knowledge, and industry trends to build closing strategies.
Help create an outstanding candidate experience.

What you'll need

4+ years of technical recruiting experience.
Experience closing candidates in-house with a focus on engineering.
In-depth understanding of market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification.
Mastery of successful pipeline management.
Experience using talent market insights and data to influence leadership and cross-functional decisions.
Ability to build new processes and iterate to improve efficiency.
Metrics-driven approach using data to guide decisions.
