Overview

Energy Exemplar is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on India and global roles.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment including job descriptions, attracting, recruiting, and hiring.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including sourcing via job posting optimization, social media, internet sourcing, and networking.
• Identify and network with key talent pools globally to headhunt passive candidates and build a pipeline.
• Manage the candidate experience across the interview journey.
• Conduct detailed reference checks and perform Boolean searches across multiple platforms.
• Finalize contracting steps including reference checks and compensation requirements, and manage offer acceptance/declines.
• Use the global ATS system and support the business in using the tool.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of talent acquisition and direct recruiting experience in a global SaaS or technology business.
• Track record of recruitment success across India, APAC, EMEA, and US while managing multiple searches.
• Experience with direct hiring methods such as headhunting, advertising, ATS search, and referral campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a closely related field.
