Corporate Recruiter

Overview

Xometry is looking for a Corporate Recruiter (India) to join its Talent Acquisition team, sourcing, assessing and recruiting talent for full-life cycle hiring and building a talent pipeline for future needs.

What you'll do

• Source top talent across all of Xometry's departments, with a heavy emphasis on Non-Tech requisitions.
• Execute sourcing strategies to identify candidates through job boards, social media, networking and direct sourcing.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit with the organization.
• Use assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand talent needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and departments.
• Act as the key point of contact for hiring managers and partner with HR Business Partners to meet the organization's talent needs.
• Consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations and offer presentation.
• Know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and build and grow talent networks.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and metrics to support team decision-making.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working on US-specific recruiting roles and functions.
• Demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers to support the recruitment process.
• Adjust easily in a dynamic environment and have a passion for the company and your craft.
