HR Service Delivery Analyst

Overview

Accenture is seeking an HR Service Delivery Analyst to support its Recruitment Centre of Excellence in talent acquisition, with a focus on talent identification.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies in partnership with recruitment teams to generate candidates, create talent pools and deliver against recruitment and growth targets.
• Source candidates using a variety of methods, including advertising (online and offline), internet search (data mining), database search and social media.
• Build, own and maintain talent pools, including Accenture's internal talent pool.
• Perform market mapping and research using deep searching techniques.
• Advise on and deliver best practice in candidate attraction methodologies.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 4-6 years overall experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience with a similar background.
• End-to-end recruitment experience in domestic and international markets.
• Ability to demonstrate recruitment expertise gained within a corporate in-house or agency environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong customer orientation with a high level of responsiveness to urgent requests or troubleshooting.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
• Good organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills to deliver to deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to the BPO industry.
• Knowledge of recruitment management systems such as Taleo or Kenexa.
• Experience in hiring volumes or niche skills.
• Experience recruiting for the agro-chemical industry.
• HR domain certification.
