Advisor - Talent Sourcing (North America)

Overview

Work as a Senior Advisor – Talent Sourcing in the Bangalore-based HR Centre, partnering with Global Recruitment Teams to build talent pools and identify candidates for engineering and related technical positions across Canada.

What you'll do

• Create, maintain and strengthen contact with active and passive talent communities within AtkinsRéalis core engineering skill sets for Canada.
• Act as a CRM subject matter expert to engage and mentor sourcing team members.
• Use creative sourcing approaches, including X-ray searches, search engine optimization, social sourcing and Boolean strings.
• Lead the development of meaningful talent pools that fulfil business needs as defined by regional or business-specific recruitment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and high data integrity in the ATS/CRM.
• Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvements.
• Provide value-add sourcing advice to key stakeholders to influence and persuade talent decisions and strategies.
• Collaborate with regional sourcing teams and share best practices with the larger sourcing team.
• Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine the appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
• Use a data-driven approach to make hiring decisions.
• Build talent maps, pools and talent market reports.
• Source across different engineering roles for different business practices.
• Manage multiple campaigns across global geographies.

What you'll need

• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar industry.
• Ability to leverage a data-driven approach to make hiring decisions.
• Ability to build talent maps, pools and talent market reports.
• Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines or hiring targets.
• Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality.
• Ability to source across different engineering roles for different business practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across global geographies.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office and knowledge of using recruitment databases.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in recruiting for Design and Engineering.
• Prior experience sourcing or recruiting for the Canadian market.
• Knowledge of Workday.
