Overview

The Recruiter Team Leader leads a team of recruiters to hire frontline sales employees (FSEs) and other business-critical roles. The role also includes training delivery for FSEs/Sales Officers to support onboarding readiness and productivity.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for FSE and other business-critical roles.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion ratios.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compliance, and documentation standards.
• Conduct reviews, coaching, and training sessions for team members and Sales Officers.
• Deliver induction and onboarding training for FSEs/Sales Officers.
• Track and improve key hiring metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratio.

What you'll need

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 3–6 years of recruitment experience.
• At least 2 years in a team handling role.
• Experience in bulk hiring, preferably for sales/frontline roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS.
