Overview

Lead senior and leadership hiring at Paytm, acting as a trusted talent advisor to business heads and hiring managers to bring in leaders who drive transformation, innovation and business growth.

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership roles, from understanding the requirement through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand strategic hiring needs and define success profiles for each role.
• Lead talent mapping, market intelligence and competitor talent research to build strong leadership pipelines.
• Find and engage high-caliber professionals through LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, networking and other sourcing channels.
• Run structured interview and assessment processes for leadership candidates.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and give candidates a confidential, high-quality experience.
• Handle compensation discussions, offer negotiations and closures for critical mandates.
• Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance and pipeline health, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to leadership or executive hiring.
• Strong headhunting, sourcing, talent mapping and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to engage senior professionals and close critical hiring mandates.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with executive search or leadership hiring firms, AI-led companies, or IT services and technology recruitment.
