Account Executive - Healthcare Marketing Agency

Overview

Support client services and manage healthcare marketing projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. Lead client communications, coordinate internal teams, and help deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

What you'll do

• Serve as the lead contact for assigned client projects.
• Manage project delivery, timelines, milestones, and internal teams.
• Coordinate medical, legal, and regulatory review processes.
• Quality-check client deliverables and align creative brief details.
• Lead client communications and document meeting outcomes.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and out-of-scope work.
• Prepare client status, financial, and forecasting reports.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related subject.
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Nice to have

• Medical communications or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience writing statements of work and project briefs.
• Ability to contribute to strategic documents.

• Remote role in the United States.
• Salary range: USD 55,000–75,000 annually.
