Overview
Join the Global Card Administration Team as an Accountant supporting Visa’s Global Corporate and Purchasing Card Programs. Manage day-to-day card program administration, provide customer service to cardholders, and enforce Global Travel and Expense Policies.
What you'll do
- Manage corporate and purchasing card programs, including issuance, renewal, modification, cancellation, monthly issuer statement reconciliation, monitoring outstanding expenses, and cardholder support.
- Manage the regional email inbox and track employee inquiries related to Corporate Card and Purchasing Card activities.
- Act as the main point of contact for issuing banks, troubleshooting issues and executing changes to the card program.
- Support Visa’s T&E system by resolving technical inquiries and testing system changes and enhancements.
- Interact with cardholders and finance groups, including Global Sourcing, Controllers, Accounts Payable, Data Maintenance, IT, People Team, Compliance, product teams, and global team card administrators.
- Support cardholders and employees with Travel and Entertainment Policy and Purchasing Card questions.
- Lead training sessions on general T&E Policy and Concur functionality.
- Participate in global card program meetings and provide and implement process improvements.
- Review the weekly employee aging report, collect from employees, and post reimbursement payments.
- Provide cross-regional backup and assistance to team members during planned vacation and when additional support is required.
- Support regional tasks associated with mergers and acquisitions, including integration into Concur, issuing new cards, and providing training support.
What you'll need
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree, such as a Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD.
Nice to have
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree, such as Masters, MBA, JD, or MD.
- Experience working directly with high volume Corporate Card and Purchasing Card programs.
- Experience working with all levels of the organization, with proven ability to interface and communicate well with all leadership levels.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Team player with a strong client service orientation.
- Proven ability to take initiative and exercise sound business judgment.
- Proficient in SAP Concur Expense and GIFS Oracle.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication ability.
- Able to multi-task, learn, problem-solve, prioritize, set and attain goals, hold others accountable, and work independently.
- Experience leading others.
- Solid business management and handling of confidential information.
- Experience communicating in global environments.
