Accounts Executive

About the role

We’re looking for a meticulous Accounts Executive to support day-to-day finance operations in our Mumbai office. In this role, you’ll keep the books accurate, help with GST and TDS compliance, and support month-end close so the finance team can stay audit-ready.

What you'll do

• Maintain the general ledger by posting daily transactions and journal entries with accuracy.
• Assist with GST return preparation and filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Track TDS deductions and deposits, and support timely tax compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliations and coordinate statement reconciliations with vendors and customers.
• Prepare and verify payment vouchers and maintain organised financial records for audits and closures.

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in a core accounting role.
• A B.Com, Accounting, or related degree.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS provisions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies in financial data.
• Comfortable working from the Adheri East, Mumbai office.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting month-end or year-end close.
• Exposure to audit preparation and document management.
