Account Executive

About the role

We’re looking for an Account Executive who can handle day-to-day accounting work with accuracy and consistency. This role will suit someone who is comfortable working in Busy and Tally, managing purchase entries, and supporting routine compliance activities.

What you'll do

• Record purchase bills accurately in Busy or Tally and keep entries updated on time
• Handle daily cash expenses and maintain clear records of outflows
• Assist with monthly compliance work such as GST returns and tax return preparation
• Reconcile basic accounting records and flag mismatches or missing documents
• Support the finance process with organized filing and documentation

What we're looking for

• Working knowledge of Busy accounting software and Tally
• Familiarity with purchase bill entry and basic bookkeeping
• Understanding of monthly compliance tasks like GST return and tax return filing
• Experience handling cash transactions or daily expense tracking

Nice to have

• Prior experience in an accounting or back-office finance role
• Comfort working with invoices, vouchers, and reconciliation
