Overview

Bookkeeper role overseeing accurate financial record-keeping, monthly reporting, reconciliations, budgets, and forecasts while supporting GAAP compliance.

What you'll do

• Maintain accurate and timely records of financial transactions and issue complete financial statements.
• Produce monthly financial reports and manage accounting records.
• Perform account reconciliation to validate transactions and entries.
• Prepare and compile year-end reporting and financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable payment timing and apply available invoice discounts.
• Coordinate monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Develop accounting policies and procedures and manage related controls.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in bookkeeping.
• QuickBooks proficiency.
• Experience with GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with full cycle accounting close.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, or equivalent business experience.
• Skills in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and budgeting/forecasting.

• Location: Hyderabad, India.
• Work mode: 100% remote.
• Shift timing: 2 PM - 11 PM / 12.30 - 9.30 PM.
• Reports to: Finance Manager.
