Accounts Payable Associate

Overview

Accounts Payable Associate on Trellix's finance team, processing vendor invoices in SAP/Coupa and supporting accounts payable operations.

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices in SAP/Coupa after performing due diligence against the checklist.
• Perform tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
• Manage vendor queries and internal management queries on invoice processing.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly KPI reporting, using Excel.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers and business partners, including purchasing, requesters, vendors and supply chain.
• Drive site and global business process and system improvements to achieve productivity and efficiency.
• Act as point of contact for stakeholder queries on problematic invoices and complex issues requiring judgment.
• Independently and proactively analyze root causes and develop recommendations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good commitment to task and time management with a sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with the 3-way match approach in Coupa/SAP.
• Knowledge of SAP/Coupa.
