Adaptive Consultant

Overview

Adaptive Consultants provide Workday post-production support and configure/deliver Workday Adaptive Insights solutions for clients and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Adaptive module(s).
• Run working sessions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Assess client needs and propose recommendations or alternative solutions to meet client goals.
• Support testing of Workday Adaptive Insights configuration and provide knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Use company methodology/processes to implement solutions and remain agile to changing needs.
• Research problems, identify root causes, and present or implement corrective measures for the client.
• Meet KPIs such as utilization, service levels, and customer satisfaction scores.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience leading/deploying Workday implementations or supporting Workday post production/AMS services.
• Experience configuring Workday Adaptive Insights areas including at least one listed area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Some consulting experience such as presenting, creating documentation, and participating in workshops.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience delivering complex business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities.
