Workday Paradox Consultant

Overview

Workday Paradox Consultant (Business Consultant) providing Workday Post Production support for Workday HCM modules and delivering client-fit Workday solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday HCM modules.
• Run working sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Assess client needs and recommend solutions to meet client goals.
• Identify process improvements and implement system enhancements.
• Assist clients with testing, knowledge transfer, and relevant documentation.
• Troubleshoot Workday issues including calculated fields, business logic, file loads, and configuration.
• Manage deliverables across concurrent clients and communicate status, lessons learned, and best practices.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience leading/deploying Workday implementations or supporting Workday Post Production/AMS.
• Experience configuring Workday Core HCM and Security.
• Experience developing Custom Reports, Dashboards, and Calculated Fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Some consulting skills including presenting, documentation, and workshop participation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work with little supervision and under competing deadlines.
