Workday Integrations Post Production Consultant (India)

Overview

Workday Integrations Post Production Consultant to provide post-production Workday integrations support and deliver Workday Integration solutions with clients.

What you'll do

• Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Integration solutions across industries.
• Help solve Workday Integration issues as they arise.
• Participate in internal training updates and share skills and learnings.
• Assist with internal initiatives assigned to improve the team, department, or company.
• Manage consultants and guide professional development and handle escalations (manager level).
• Develop sales material and scope projects using Workday knowledge (senior/principal level).

What you'll need

• Workday Integration Certification (required).
• Fluency in English (required).
• 1+ years Workday Integration post-production support experience with a Workday partner (required).
• Experience building/debugging Custom Reports, EIB’s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio (required).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests/tickets to meet deliverables.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate with clients and co-workers.

• Location: India (Remote).
• Working hours: 5:30 AM IST–1:30 PM IST OR 12:30 PM IST–9:30 PM IST.
• Employment type: Full-Time Employee.
