Manager - HRIS, Workday - Reporting, Security, Integrations & Payroll

Overview

Technical Workday expert to lead HRIS delivery for Reporting, Security, Integrations, and Payroll-related configurations.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary subject matter expert for Workday reporting, security, payroll-related configuration, integrations, and technical architecture.
• Design, configure, and support scalable Workday solutions for global business requirements.
• Build advanced Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, composite reports, and calculated fields.
• Oversee Workday integrations and payroll interfaces, including support for testing and issue resolution.
• Administer Workday security framework, including policies, roles, segment-based security, and business process security.
• Establish standards and governance for reporting, security, and technical configuration.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of HRIS or HR Technology experience.
• 5+ years of advanced Workday configuration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, HR, or a related discipline.
• Strong expertise in Workday Reporting, Security, Payroll configuration, Integrations, and Architecture.
• Advanced experience with calculated fields, composite reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting global HR systems and HR technology projects.
• Experience mentoring team members, leading projects, or driving process improvement initiatives.

Nice to have

• Workday certifications (HCM, Reporting, Security, Integrations, Compensation and/or Talent strongly preferred).
• Experience with Workday integrations including Studio, EIB, PECI, and APIs.
• SQL, analytics, or data management experience.
• Knowledge of Core HCM, Talent, or Compensation modules.
