Manager - HRIS, Workday - Talent & Core HCM

Overview

Hands-on Workday functional expert for HRIS, owning the design, configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Core HCM and Talent solutions, including related employee lifecycle processes.

What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Succession, Career, Skills, and related processes.
• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.
• Run continuous improvement to enhance user experience, simplify processes, and improve scalability.
• Configure Workday business processes, calculated fields, rules, notifications, eligibility, and security functionality.
• Support Workday releases, feature adoption, regression testing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields for HR leaders.
• Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and integrations.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of HRIS or HR Technology experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Strong expertise in Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Succession, Career, and business processes.
• Experience developing advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience supporting global HR organizations.

Nice to have

• Workday certifications (HCM, Compensation, Talent and/or Integrations strongly preferred).
• Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, APIs).
• Prior experience mentoring analysts or leading projects.
