Overview

Amazon Lead owning and scaling Amazon as a growth channel across Valerie’s ecommerce brands and international markets.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end Amazon strategy, performance, operations, and growth across catalog, content, advertising, pricing, promotions, and expansion.
• Drive commercially sound decisions balancing revenue growth, profitability, inventory, pricing, and long-term brand health.
• Improve Amazon performance through continuous experimentation and faster learning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, Paid Media, Product, Finance, AI, and Brand teams to improve results.
• Manage Amazon performance end-to-end by identifying opportunities and solving performance risks early.
• Communicate complex Amazon insights to founders and leadership in a simple, actionable way.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in Amazon/ecommerce with hands-on experience owning and scaling Amazon businesses.
• Proven experience managing and growing Amazon revenue across one or more ecommerce brands and international markets.
• Deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon’s advertising ecosystem.
• Strong experience with Amazon PPC formats including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Strong understanding of Amazon growth metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CAC, conversion rate, organic ranking, revenue, contribution margin, and profitability.
• Experience with keyword research, campaign structure, bid optimization, search-term analysis, budget allocation, and PPC scaling.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling multiple ecommerce brands across different international Amazon marketplaces.
• Experience with Vendor Central in addition to Seller Central.
• Experience launching and scaling new ASINs from launch through meaningful revenue.
• Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Looker Studio, automation workflows, AI-driven optimization, or advanced reporting systems.
