HR Technology & Automation Manager

Overview

Lead global HR technology and automation, with strategic ownership and hands-on configuration of Workday and broader HRIS capabilities. Drive HR process automation and digitalization to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and enhance the employee experience.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, configure, and continuously improve Workday and HRIS functionalities.
• Manage the HRIS project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support.
• Build and migrate Workday integrations using tools and technologies such as Studio, Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP, XML, and XSLT.
• Define and enforce HRIS governance, data standards, access controls, and security configurations.
• Monitor HR system performance and recommend improvements for reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Own HR automation initiatives by identifying manual processes and implementing automation/digital self-service solutions.
• Define and track automation impact metrics such as efficiency gains and error reduction.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HRIS/HR technology experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on Workday expertise including module configuration, integrations, and security.
• Experience leading HRIS teams and delivering global HR technology initiatives in multi-country environments.
• Demonstrated experience in HR automation or process digitalization, including workflow/RPA/AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data across areas including Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning.
