AM - HIM Services [ED Profee & Facility]

Overview

AM role for HIM Services focusing on overseeing day-to-day coding operations and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations as part of the coding team.
• Oversee coding activities to meet customer service and quality expectations.
• Act as the primary contact for coding questions related to client services and operations.
• Review reports, investigate and correct issues as per coding guidelines, and implement solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks and create solutions using available information.
• Handle challenging people and project assignments independently and deliver work fulfillment.
• Prepare month-end reports and support client invoicing.

What you'll need

• Have 8–10 years of overall coding experience.
• Have at least 4 years in team handling of 30–55 team members.
• Hold a Life Science graduation (or equivalent) with Anatomy/Physiology as main subjects.
• Have one of the stated coding certifications (CPC/COC/CRC/CPCP from AAPC, or CCA/CCSP/CCSP from AHIMA listing as given).
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have strong leadership and outstanding organizational skills.
• Have hands-on experience generating reports using MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
