DGM - Total Rewards & HR Reporting Manager

Overview

DGM - Total Rewards & HR Reporting & Analytics Manager to support APAC HR, driving employment cost planning, headcount analytics, HR reporting, workforce insights, and Total Rewards initiatives.

What you'll do

• Monitor, analyze, and provide insights on headcount evolution and employment costs across APAC.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance for annual headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and streamline workforce planning, budgeting, and reporting processes via automation and continuous improvement.
• Create and enhance HR dashboards, scorecards, and reports using tools such as Workday, Power BI, Qlik, Glint, and Excel.
• Drive tracking of restructuring initiatives, workforce optimization, and savings programs across the region.
• Provide workforce analytics and employment cost insights for MBR, QBR, and annual planning cycles.
• Coordinate Total Rewards program execution across APAC, including compensation and benefits activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or higher in fields including Engineering, Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or HR Controlling.
• Total professional experience ideally between 5 to 10 years.
• Strong exposure to employment cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting with collaboration with Finance teams.
• Experience supporting regional or multinational organizations preferred.
• Advanced HR analytics capabilities.
