Overview

Business HR role providing strategic HR support to business leaders and managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic HR support and advice to business leaders.
• Partner with leaders to understand talent needs and develop talent strategies.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle across workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance, learning, and employee relations.
• Influence and manage stakeholders at all levels using business acumen.
• Contribute to HR policy, process, and initiative development and implementation.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR business partner or generalist role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices for a dynamic business environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of driving business results through HR interventions.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
