Manager, Human Resources

Overview

Manager, Human Resources role within EisnerAmper’s HR team, acting as an HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business objectives. Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding through exit and support engagement, retention, and governance.

What you'll do

• Partner with leadership to translate business goals into HR strategies and people initiatives.
• Own and improve end-to-end new joiner assimilation and onboarding processes.
• Proactively connect with employees and assess organizational pulse through surveys and feedback.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Coach people managers on performance management, engagement, and handling difficult conversations.
• Analyze attrition trends and implement targeted retention actions, including stay interviews and exit analysis.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and measure engagement outcomes.

What you'll need

• Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• 7-9 years of progressive HR experience.
• Significant experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Hands-on experience in employee relations.
• Hands-on experience in analytics.
• Experience working closely with senior leaders.
