Senior People Partner - APAC

Overview

Senior People Partner - APAC is a business-facing HR role for Go-to-Market teams across APJ, providing end-to-end people partnership, manager coaching, and global HR process support.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end people partner experience for Go-to-Market teams across APJ.
• Provide consultative, locally-informed HR support as the primary point of contact.
• Coach managers on org health, employee engagement, performance management, and ER investigations.
• Design and deliver manager development initiatives to build manager capability at scale.
• Lead annual people cycles (performance reviews, talent reviews, comp planning, succession, engagement) with People Business Partners.
• Identify, design, and operationalize AI-enabled HR tools, workflows, and programs.
• Navigate complex people policy scenarios and manage HR-related risks while ensuring local compliance across APJ markets.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Hands-on employee relations and case management experience in APJ markets (Japan, Singapore, Australia).
• Working knowledge of local labor law and employment regulations in those countries.
• Experience working with global team environments and building virtual relationships.
• Ability to develop strong internal relationship partnerships with customers and peers.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and change in a dynamic business environment and global matrixed organizations.
