Lead Talent Acquisition for Harris India, acting as a strategic hiring partner and people leader to drive scalable talent strategies.

What you'll do

• Partner with senior business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple business units and geographies.
• Influence hiring decisions using data-driven insights and talent mapping.
• Oversee recruitment priorities, governance, and execution against hiring goals.
• Use dashboards, reporting, and hiring analytics to guide recruitment decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters with KPIs and development plans.

What you'll need

• 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to strategic and leadership hiring.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience leading recruiters or managing recruitment functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in technology and corporate hiring.
• Experience using recruitment metrics and dashboards, including hiring analytics.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday or similar systems.
