Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Design, code and enhance custom software components across systems and applications, using modern frameworks and agile practices, with a focus on SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

What you'll do

• Act as the subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Design and implement custom software solutions within integrated business planning environments.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize software components for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

What you'll need

• Must have: proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
• 15 years full time education.
