Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability, acting as an SME who leads a team and mentors junior members.

What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to tailor features to evolving business requirements.
• Manage application releases and ensure overall stability and performance of systems.
• Use standard tools, APIs and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across environments.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful web services.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of integration techniques using APIs and low-code platforms.
