Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Design, develop and enhance custom software solutions that integrate across systems and applications, using modern frameworks and agile practices.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of innovative software components that address complex business challenges.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with strategic objectives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Foundry.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Foundry.
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Expertise in integrating software components across diverse platforms.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
