Associate Workday Engineer

Overview

Associate Workday Engineer providing technical and functional support for Workday architecture, configuration, and implementation, including daily maintenance and end-user support.

What you'll do

• Configure Workday business processes and support configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Review business workflows to ensure system features are fully utilized and identify improvements.
• Audit Workday system outputs for accuracy and support cross-departmental processes.
• Configure and generate Workday reports for HR and management, including ad-hoc reporting.
• Provide pre- and post-launch end-user support, including change management, testing, and training.
• Respond with second-level support for regional employee inquiries and regional Workday modules training.
• Support bi-annual Workday feature release review, recommendations, and implementation of approved features.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-4 years of recent experience with the Workday product suite.
• Functional Workday experience with HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, and Compensation applications.
• Ability to work proactively with limited supervision.
• Capability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and meet deadlines amid shifting priorities.
• Business mindset with deep knowledge of HR functional processes.
• Ability to converse effectively in English.

• Flexible hybrid model: work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter.
