Senior Manager, Project Control (Head of Project Controls, India)

Overview

Senior Manager and Head of Project Controls for India, responsible for leading governance, performance, and development of the Project Controls function across India projects.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the India Project Controls organization.
• Establish and govern Project Controls standards, procedures, frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Lead Project Services functions including Cost Control, Planning & Scheduling, Progress Measurement, and Change Management.
• Provide governance and oversight for planning and scheduling across FEED, EPC, EPCM, and PMC projects.
• Lead cost control activities across the project portfolio, including forecasting and EVM performance monitoring.
• Manage enterprise project performance reporting, KPIs, reviews, and project risk and change management support.
• Lead implementation and optimization of Project Controls systems, tools, and digital solutions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 15+ years of Project Controls experience in oil & gas, petrochemicals, LNG, refining, offshore, energy transition, and industrial infrastructure sectors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior functional or departmental leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading large Project Controls organizations within EPC, EPCM, PMC, or engineering consulting environments.
• Extensive experience across project phases from Conceptual Studies through Commissioning and Start-Up.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience driving digital transformation using Power BI and advanced analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
