Overview

Remote Deployment Specialist for HPE Converged System for SAP HANA, handling upgrades, expansions, and new deployments for an installed base.

What you'll do

• Perform upgrades and expansions of existing SAP HANA converged appliances.
• Deliver new deployments for the installed base.
• Provide proactive services to existing customers using remote support tools.
• Support and maintain installed systems worldwide at a service level that includes shifts.
• Apply change management best practices in deployments and upgrades.
• Coordinate onsite resources as required.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4-5 years hands-on experience in Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with Linux upgrades and installations.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA DB.
• Core technical proficiency in Linux operating system.
• Basic knowledge of HPE servers & storage hardware.
• Ability to work in 24x7 shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
