Partner Solutions Engineer

Overview

Partner Solutions Engineer for BeyondTrust’s cyber security SaaS, working with sales reps and partners to sell products through technical expertise across the sales cycle.

What you'll do

• Assist with marketing campaigns such as webinars and demonstrations.
• Validate technical environments and understand business problems during lead qualification.
• Support qualifying questions, conduct background research, and engage discovery opportunities.
• Deliver compelling product demos and manage POCs.
• Assist with technical RFP/RFI responses and help develop written proposals alongside financial proposals.
• Demonstrate how BeyondTrust solutions deliver the value proposition and aim to secure the technical win.

What you'll need

• 3+ years working knowledge in help desk and/or technical support for applications, server infrastructure, desktops, virtualization, and directories.
• Good knowledge of common OS and network topologies.
• Good knowledge of security concepts.
• Ability to assess technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Comfort thriving in a team selling environment and delivering presentations to varied audience sizes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English required.
• Security+, Network+, or an equivalent industry certification.

Nice to have

• Presales experience.
• Additional languages.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with BeyondTrust products (Privilege Management for Desktops, Remote Support, Privileged Remote Access).
• Any security-focused qualifications or certifications.
• Experience with security solutions such as anti-malware, data protection, firewalls, mobile, email, and web.
