Overview
Senior HRIS Analyst responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and analyzing HR systems with a primary focus on Workday.
What you'll do
- Manage and maintain HRIS applications to keep Workday data accurate and intact.
- Plan, test, and implement new HRIS modules/features, including Workday semi-annual release cycles.
- Configure Workday business processes, security roles, condition rules, calculated fields, and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and external consultants for upgrades and customizations.
- Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide technical support to HR users.
- Act as subject matter expert across 3+ Workday functional areas and guide more junior team members.
What you'll need
- 8-10 years of experience in HRIS analysis, support, or similar roles.
- Experience leading Workday functional areas end-to-end, including configuration, enhancements, and production support.
- Mandatory Workday report writing experience (advanced, matrix, composite), calculated fields, and EIB data loads.
- Must be available to work core Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Hands-on Workday configuration expertise plus strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Workday Pro certification(s) in one or more modules.

- Work mode: Remote; location listed as Mumbai - Remote.
- Shift timings: Monday to Friday, 6:30pm to 3:30am IST.
