Workday Data Consultant (India)

Overview

Workday Data Consultant (India) to prepare, format, validate, and load Workday data for HCM, Payroll, and Financials using migration tools and EIBs/iLoads.

What you'll do

• Prepare, format, and load data into Workday using standard migration tools (including EIBs and iLoads).
• Map legacy source data into Workday data collection workbooks using project leads and client templates.
• Run validation cycles to identify, investigate, and fix data load errors, formatting issues, and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Generate data reconciliation reports to prove data accuracy before go-live.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure data aligns with configured tenant settings.

What you'll need

• Workday HCM, FIN, or Payroll Certification is required.
• At least 1+ years experience with Workday data conversion, data analysis, or ETL processes.
• Practical experience handling data loads for Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll.
• Understanding of building, populating, and uploading Workday inbound EIBs.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

• Work hours: 12:30 PM–9:30 PM IST (2 AM–10 AM CT).
• Location: India (Remote).
