What you'll do

• Conduct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Analyze financial statements, earnings quality, cash flows, and asset valuation.
• Collaborate with clients during complex transactions.
• Use financial modeling to forecast business performance and growth potential.
• Apply corporate finance principles to evaluate investment opportunities and market trends.
• Gather and interpret data to develop client insights and recommendations.
• Use digital tooling and AI-human collaboration to improve financial analysis processes.

What you'll need

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• At least 1 year of financial due diligence experience.
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis and modeling.
• Knowledge of M&A strategy and financial forecasting.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate on deal management and contractual agreements.
