Analyst/Associate, Renewables, Utilities, Infrastructure & Transport, Sector Coverage APAC

Overview

Support deal origination, execution and client engagement for MUFG’s Renewables, Utilities, Infrastructure and Transport sector coverage across APAC, with a focus on debt financing and capital structuring.

What you'll do

• Support deal origination and execution across the RUIT sector coverage vertical.
• Perform credit analysis, financial modelling, valuation and due diligence.
• Support loan structuring and debt financing transactions.
• Prepare client pitches, marketing materials, transaction documents and presentations.
• Manage project and transaction administration activities.
• Develop client and industry insights on trends, sub-sectors and potential deals.
• Work with coverage bankers, capital markets and product partners from origination through distribution.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of corporate finance, leverage finance or investment banking deal experience.
• Experience as an analyst or associate at a leading bank or M&A advisory firm.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
• Due diligence analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
