Overview

Lead Salesforce managed services delivery, outsourced processes, and operational excellence for clients. The role combines strategic advising, project leadership, process optimization, and team development.

What you'll do

• Lead outsourced processes including client interactions, data review, and quality control.
• Manage and resolve escalations and queries.
• Identify problems and opportunities within managed services using systems thinking.
• Direct teams through complex and ambiguous situations.
• Validate client outcomes and act on feedback to improve service delivery.
• Coach and develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and metrics.

What you'll need

• At least 12 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Experience in managed services delivery.
• Experience using Salesforce for Application Evolution Services.
• Ability to lead large projects and provide strategic advice.
