Agentforce Technical Manager (Salesforce experience mandatory)

Overview

Agentforce Technical Manager responsible for scaling Agentforce capabilities across global customer implementations, combining people leadership, technical architecture, and delivery ownership.

What you'll do

• Architect scalable, enterprise-grade Agentforce solutions.
• Design intelligent agents using LLMs, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks.
• Define reusable patterns for agent skills, guardrails, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Lead integrations across Salesforce Clouds, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and external systems.
• Establish RAG, knowledge grounding, and document ingestion architectures.
• Drive performance optimization, monitoring, and telemetry frameworks.
• Own end-to-end delivery for Agentforce initiatives and manage risks, dependencies, and roadmaps.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
• 4+ years leading engineering or architecture teams.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce / conversational AI / intelligent agents.
• Experience integrating LLMs and AI services into enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of integration architectures and APIs.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.
