Overview
Hands-on Agentic AI/Automation Developer role designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting AI- and automation-enabled enterprise solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI- and automation-enabled solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Implement solution designs and technical components in coordination with the AI/Automation Technical Leader.
- Build agentic AI capabilities such as agents, tool-calling, orchestration, prompt workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Develop and integrate APIs, backend services, automation workflows, enterprise applications, and cloud services.
- Support prototyping, experimentation, and iterative development to validate solution approaches.
- Contribute to secure, scalable, reliable, maintainable, and supportable production-grade solution design.
- Contribute to reusable components, templates, connectors, and technical assets; participate in code reviews and troubleshooting.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, automation, application development, or related technical roles.
- Strong programming experience in one or more modern languages: Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
- Experience building APIs, backend services, integrations, workflows, or enterprise applications.
- Experience with databases, data integrations, and system interfaces.
- Experience using cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for cross-functional delivery.

- Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.
- Work mode: Onsite Monday to Thursday; choose work location on Fridays.
