Overview

Senior AI Software Engineer Lead role focused on designing, deploying, and integrating generative AI agents and workflow automation.

What you'll do

• Lead design, architecture, and deployment of AI agents for enterprise challenges.
• Architect automation and workflow solutions, including guardrails and best practices.
• Ensure reliable execution and integration with existing enterprise asset systems.
• Troubleshoot complex system integrations and manage API security.
• Optimize Python-based AI workflows for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to define internal AI strategy and use cases.
• Draft and maintain internal documentation and mentor teams/leadership via clear presentations.

What you'll need

• 6 to 8 years of overall software engineering, system architecture, or backend development experience.
• 1 to 2 years of dedicated, hands-on AI development experience in LLM integration and generative AI applications.
• Expert-level Python programming with understanding of AI/data processing/automation modules.
• Hands-on LLM experience including prompt engineering and agentic workflows (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph/OpenAI ecosystem).
• Strong enterprise software and secure API integration/deployment background.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable documentation.
