Lead Software Engineer

Overview

Lead Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and guiding Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Conga CPQ or Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce cloud platforms.

What you'll do

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and develop solutions for Conga CPQ or Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Define development timelines, technical designs, and architectural direction.
• Guide developers to align delivery with project goals and quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews and quality assurance.
• Optimize performance and keep solutions aligned with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• At least 3 years designing and developing Conga CPQ or Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud solutions.
• Certified Conga CPQ or Certified Salesforce CPQ certification.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting M&A transformation initiatives involving Sales, CPQ, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and Salesforce security models.
• 6 years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce organizations or ecosystems and complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills for ambiguity and complex integrations.
