Lead Software Engineer

Overview

Lead Software Engineer responsible for designing and delivering complex, large-scale enterprise solutions using .NET, Azure, React JS, and microservices. The role owns technical strategy, architecture, execution, and product delivery outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for key products or programs.
• Define technical strategy, architecture, and design approaches.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
• Establish coding, design-pattern, and system-design best practices.
• Drive innovation using AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
• Plan projects, estimate work, and engage stakeholders.
• Ensure scalability, security, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience building scalable enterprise-grade applications.
• Experience with .NET.
• Experience with React JS.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Expertise in system design, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI.
