Job description
Overview
Lead Software Engineer responsible for designing and delivering complex, large-scale enterprise solutions using .NET, Azure, React JS, and microservices. The role owns technical strategy, architecture, execution, and product delivery outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery for key products or programs.
- Define technical strategy, architecture, and design approaches.
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
- Establish coding, design-pattern, and system-design best practices.
- Drive innovation using AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
- Plan projects, estimate work, and engage stakeholders.
- Ensure scalability, security, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience building scalable enterprise-grade applications.
- Experience with .NET.
- Experience with React JS.
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Expertise in system design, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading teams.
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI.
