Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Overview

Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) responsible for delivering quality, performant software and designs, and guiding their engineering work end-to-end.

What you'll do

• Develop software solutions by learning customer information needs.
• Discuss requirements with managers and study systems flow and data usage.
• Identify problem areas, propose solutions, and follow the software development lifecycle.
• Deliver software designs to handle customer use cases.
• Mentor junior engineers to help them succeed.
• Work effectively across team boundaries.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in product development.
• 2+ years of recent experience building products on cloud.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance-oriented design.
• Good knowledge of OOPS with .Net, Entity Framework, C#, and SQL Server or another RDBMS.
• Hands-on development experience with Angular, VueJS, or React.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience building products for Unix systems in addition to Windows.

Details

• Reports to the Software Engineering Manager.
• Member of the Development team in India.
