Agentic AI Engineer (ITSM & Enterprise Automation)

Overview

Agentic AI Engineer for AI-driven IT operations and enterprise automation, building and operating agentic AI workflows that improve IT service delivery.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and run agentic AI workflows for IT self-service adoption and ticket reduction.
• Develop and maintain AI agents for IT incidents, service requests, and employee self-service.
• Build agentic workflows with branching logic, retries/timeouts, approvals, and human-in-the-loop handoffs.
• Configure and operationalize AI functions (classification, enrichment, summarization, extraction) with validation controls.
• Integrate enterprise systems using MCP, APIs, webhooks, and event-driven triggers.
• Build knowledge sources used by agents and ensure content freshness, relevance, and governance.
• Monitor and improve operational performance using dashboards, traces, execution logs, and run analytics.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience as an AI engineer or AI Ops engineer.
• Hands-on experience with an agentic AI studio (Agents, Agentic Workflows, Agentic Apps, AI Functions, Integrations, Triggers, model/settings administration).
• Experience with prompt engineering for AI agents and workflow execution.
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 using Microsoft Graph API and enterprise identity integrations.
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 and API authentication/authorization flows.
• Hands-on knowledge of knowledge ingestion pipelines for enterprise data sources (KB articles, PDFs, logs, documents).
• Strong analytical skills with JavaScript and automation scripting (Python or PowerShell is a plus).
