Associate – AI Engineer, Advisory

Overview

Design, build, integrate, and support production-grade AI applications powered by LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, vector search, and Azure services. Partner with product, platform, MLOps, security, compliance, and application engineering teams to deliver secure and scalable enterprise AI features.

What you'll do

• Build application-facing AI features using LLMs, agents, and orchestration platforms.
• Design agentic workflows with tool calling, function calling, context handling, and prompt management.
• Develop RAG solutions using embeddings, vector databases, Azure AI Search, Redis, and Cosmos DB.
• Build LLM applications with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Deploy AI solutions on Azure using Azure Functions and Azure Container Apps.
• Implement testing, observability, monitoring, evaluations, guardrails, and safety controls.
• Document architecture, integrations, runbooks, evaluations, and reusable engineering components.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of experience building production AI integrations.
• Experience with Agentic AI, A2A frameworks, MCP Protocol, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong skills in vector embeddings, prompt engineering, context engineering, and RAG.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong Python skills and proficiency in Java or Node.js.
• Proficiency in Azure, Azure AI Search, vector databases, Redis, and Cosmos DB.
• B.Tech or Bachelor of Engineering qualification.

Nice to have

• Experience with Blob Storage, Iceberg, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, or MLOps pipelines.
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI services, or multi-cloud AI platforms.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, compliance, and secure enterprise AI delivery.
