Engineer - AI Platform

Overview

Design, develop and improve scalable software and AI platform capabilities. Build cloud applications and implement GenAI/LLM solutions for business and technology needs.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver high-quality software using aligned programming languages, frameworks and tools.
• Build scalable, maintainable and performance-optimized applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers on requirements and solution strategies.
• Implement REST APIs, asynchronous frameworks and unit testing practices.
• Apply secure coding practices and manage risks and controls.
• Build GenAI solutions using LLM APIs, prompts, RAG patterns and embeddings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of software engineering experience on cloud platforms.
• Experience building applications at scale on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Python, or Java or Go programming experience.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, asynchronous frameworks and clean, testable code.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM APIs, prompt building, RAG patterns and embeddings.
• Experience with an agentic AI framework such as LangGraph, LangChain or Google ADK.
• Basic Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry, structured logging or distributed tracing.
• Knowledge of OPA/Rego or access control systems.
• Understanding of AI safety concepts including prompt injection, PII handling and content filtering.
• Experience with CloudFormation or Terraform and GitOps workflows.
