Lead Generative AI Engineer - Python and LangChain

Overview

Lead the architecture and development of production-grade Generative AI applications and agentic solutions focused on Retail Bank business use cases.

What you'll do

• Lead analytics to deepen Retail Bank business capabilities using Generative AI to enhance productivity.
• Architect, design, and lead development of scalable Generative AI applications and agentic solutions.
• Evaluate agentic architectures to select an optimal approach for business problems.
• Design and implement agent training, performance measurement, correction, and feedback processes.
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and performance management standards.
• Collaborate with and advise business stakeholders on Generative AI scope and capabilities.
• Mentor other data scientists on agentic solution development and software engineering best practices.

What you'll need

• 4-7 years of overall experience.
• Experience architecting and developing production-ready Gen AI RAG or agent-based solutions.
• Mastery of Python and AI/ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain.
• Experience with MLOps and cloud-native architectures including Kubernetes.
• Expert understanding of agentic solution design (architecture selection, memory management, hallucination control, reinforcement learning feedback loops).
• In-depth knowledge of compliance, security, and performance management in production.
• Bachelor’s/University degree; Master’s preferred in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
